Ely-Area Leadership Workshop

Boundary Waters Connect is looking forward to hosting our 3rd annual Ely for Ely Leadership Workshop. This year's theme is "Your Strengths Make Ely Strong: Navigating Change with Resilience." We will come together to reflect on this year's challenges and how our own talents can be leveraged to increase our capacity to navigate change with resilience.
This activity is for anyone who wants to contribute positively to Ely, Minnesota's community and economy. The registration form will go live no later than November 1, 2026. The cost to register is $35 and it covers lunch as well as the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. Scholarships are available, so please do not let cost be a barrier to engagement!
Registrants will be asked to to spend about 45 minutes completing their own individual StrengthsFinder assessment, as well as another hour or so reflecting on their results. If you're hesitant or confused by the assessment, don't stress! We can help you navigate the online tool, print your results, and answer any questions you may have at two Strengths assessment open houses in the lobby at the Grand Ely Lodge:
